Their reviews may be bad but they aren’t nearly as bad a Disney Channel. Nickelodeon is at least doing a good job having new episodes of their shows every week and still do returns of older shows like I Carly, victorious, SpongeBob, zoey 101, drake and josh and fairly odd parents.
Nickelodeon might be putting unnecessary 65-year-old information into unsettled little kids brains, but they still do a good job making shows and rerunning fan-favorites.
Disney can’t play nothing but animation (Big city greens and miraculous) and the only rerun is Jessie.

Nickelodeon is so stupid. Who ever is picking the material for them are idiots. Nickelodeon is no longer watchable.

I feel like all of you just wanted attention, or think it's wrong for kids to not know that gays, and the rest of LGBTQ exist. When they exist, how about you get woke. Sounds like you're all bigots, and homophobes.

The kids watching Nickelodeon are not age appropriate to be introducing your sex preference. We don’t talk about sexual things to toddlers!

You sound pretty angry, and a non-Nickelodeon watching activist. Fortunately, most parents don't want the garbage you enjoy on TV playing.

Nickelodeon is worse for only showing iCarly, and Henry danger, and other shit that looks so damn boring, I can't watch Hey Arnold, or when they decided to rarely show gems like My Life as a Teenage Robot, Rockos Modern Life, sometimes when I'm bored enough, even Doug, the classic Rugrats, ext. Those were really good shows, I didn't mind watching the reruns, cause they're classic. Now all we get is boring ass iCarly and Henry danger, and others that I don't remember because they're not even important enough to remember.

What disappoints me with Nick is that they let Fairly OddParents creator Butch Hartman go too far with some of the violence on his show. In one episode, lead character Timmy Turner uses a mind control device on his regular babysitter Vicky and forces her to beat herself on the head repeatedly with a frying pan... I can't understand how Nick allowed that kind of self-harm to be portrayed as something funny. I've never seen girl characters on other funny cartoons harmed either by themselves or others to that degree.. What makes the frying pan scene more abhorrent is that, on a recent Dr. Phil episode, he had a female guest who actually did hit herself repeatedly with a frying pan as a suicide attempt. Some cartoony violence is impossible to emulate, but the frying pan stuff crosses the line.

These damn commie bastards are invading our televisions and indoctoring our kids! Think of the children! Just recently my infant daughter has started to play with toy trucks! The tv is turning her into a dyke! What should I do? I’m worrying my son will son start playing with barbies, maybe my husband will leave me for a man!

It's a good thing nobody's watching this network anymore, and it's viewers are continuing to decline.

Why are nick@nite (primetime) actually beating nickelodeon total viewers average day? This is an embarrassing. Been like this for months. I still wish to know how nick@nite overall average day did in ratings.. but it's sad they haven't posted since 2018.

Some of you people are homophobic. Nickelodeon isint dying because of LGBTQ stuff....its because kids aren't watching cable anymore.Times change, and with change, new marketing comes at play. AND PLUS WHO CARE IF THEY HAVE LGBTQ STUFF!!!!! YOU GUYS ARE BEING HOMOPHOBIC. And how come you don't say stuff when disney channel does almost the same thing?!

So your saying “ If you don’t tell your toddlers about men dressing like women, woman who are really men but look like women until they have an operation, that means you hate all these people? No it does not mean that at all. It means, don’t talk to my toddler about things that he/she wouldn’t understand because it’s not age appropriate.

You can call it homophobic all you want. The fact remains is that the timeline for viewership decrease irrefutably matches the timeline for their insertion of LGBT content into their programming for small children. This is not a coincidence nor is it arguable. This is statistical fact. The part that is most intriguing, is that when their stocks drop and their ad revenue inevitably starts to wain. They will drop that shit immediately, just like Netflix did lol. I’m short, do not believe that these entities care about the social causes, they care about their bottom line. And we are nearing the point where we will see this in real time. 🤷‍♂️

its quite simple: nickelodeons struggle began in 2006, the same time their parrent company viacom split up with CBS. due to finance issues with the 2008 stock market crash nickelodeon has been dsperate for new content

Everybody!stop being stupid.jack is right. Ratings have been going down for all kids tv. Cartoon Network,Disney Channel, And nickelodeon. They all dropped down 30% of viewership in the last year! And you guys are saying stuff like , "they don't want to see that" but honestly they do need to see this. Because if they are shown stuff like this NOW! Then they won't be homophobic people when there older. So yes they need to show that type of stuff! The nickelodeon you knew from the 80s and 90s is NOT coming back! Times change , so they will rethink marketing. You guys need to understand that.
